Organic vs. Adwords

e-commerceSEO is an acronym for Search Engine Optimization. Good SEO practices make your website more accessible to potential clients by ranking your website higher in search engines when particular keywords are searched. This is called organic traffic, and can be achieved by optimizing particular keywords and articles in your web pages. Search engines will take this distinction and prioritize your website in the rankings accordingly.

Adwords is another digital marketing strategy. It’s a pay for click advertisement that appears on the top right hand side of the search pages of Google and other partner websites. When particular keywords are searched for, your advertisement or offer will appear according to how much budget you have left for that advertising campaign. When customers click on that advertisement or offer, it takes them directly to your website.
